If you need to issue a pro forma invoice for an order, select the "regular transfer" or "deferred payment" option (if available) when finalising it in the shopping cart, and then tick the "Issue a pro forma invoice" checkbox. Once the order process has been completed, the pro forma invoice will show up in the "Orders" tab of your b2b panel and you will be able to download it in pdf format.

If you need a pro forma invoice for an order, you should select the "regular transfer" option when placing the order, and then tick the "Issue a pro forma invoice" checkbox.

It is also possible to leave a comment with a request, but in that case the process may take more time.
