We use branded Tianneng cells (Mitsu batteries) and Zhuoneng (Movano batteries) as well as LG and Samsung (Movano Premium). These are lithium-ion and lithium-polymer cells, which guarantee no memory effect, so you can charge the batteries at any time without fear of losing capacity.

The guarantee is 24 months for the housing and electronics, the cells are covered by a basic 12-month guarantee. However, in the case of the Mitsu and Movano Premium brands, you can extend the cell capacity guarantee for additional 6 months for free, gaining a total of 18 months. Everything is described in the attached guarantee card, registration takes up to three minutes.

Mitsu, Movano and Movano Premium batteries have a low spontaneous discharge susceptibility. This means that we can give you a guarantee of maintaining more than 80% of the cell capacity after one year of use in the case of Mitsu and Movano Premium, in the case of Movano the limit is 70%. We would like to remind you about the free possibility of extending the guarantee, thus ensuring the maintenance of the capacity of over 80% for 18 months!
