Terms and conditions of B2B cooperation We invite companies who would like to cooperate with us and get access to wholesale prices of our products to contact us.
We encourage you to familiarise yourself with the terms and conditions of cooperation with movano.pl
Our Trade Partners have access to current wholesale price lists, special deals and information about the order progress, including the waybill number and date of shipment.
Orders are accepted via www.movano.pl or, in exceptional circumstances, by e-mail.

Placing orders by phone is not possible.
Goods are dispatched on the day of placing an order or on the next working day. Orders placed before 1 p.m. are always dispatched on the same day.

As regards orders placed after 1 p.m., we do our best, however, we do not guarantee same-day order processing. It depends on the volume of orders on a given day.
Shipments are sent by courier.
Currently, we use the services of DPD and InPost.

We also offer international shipping.
For orders with the value over 500 PLN gross we offer free shipping.
For orders with the value under 500 PLN gross, we apply the following fees:

  • advance payment - 12,00 PLN brutto
  • cash on delivery - 14,00 PLN brutto
  • advance payment - 7,99 PLN brutto
  • cash on delivery - 7,99 PLN brutto
There is no minimum order volume.

This means that as a wholesale customer, you can still order a single charger.
If, for the consecutive 2 months, you purchase items exceeding 700 PLN per month, then in the next month ICO will give you an additional discount, from the previously offered wholesale prices.
For B2B customers, we offer the option of deferred payment.

The amount of credit and deadline for its repayment is agreed separately in each case.

In order to be able to use this option, you have to make cash payments for three orders and provide a certificate of no arrears with the Social Security Institution and Tax Office, issued within the last 3 months.
ICO accepts returns of new, full-value goods from the current offer in justified cases.

All products offered by ICO are covered by the manufacturer's warranty
as described on the movano.pl website.
Complaints are usually processed with within 7 days of receiving the damaged product with a completed complaint form.

If the complaint is found to be justified, the damaged product will be repaired or replaced with another, full-value product.

If replacement of the product is not possible (e.g. product out of stock), ICO will return the full price paid for the product to the Trade Partner.
